We are organizational guru's and can organize anything.  We will schedule a visit to access the situation.  Based on the amount, type of item(s) and time frame to complete; we will give you a quote for our services.

 

Storage supplies, shredding costs, etc. will be added to your quote.  You will know exactly what you are paying for before we start.  

Transcription

 

•  Audio Transcription (not medical or legal): $45 per audio hour ($45 minimum) for 1 to 3
    speakers.  $55 per audio hour for 4 or more speakers.

•  Meeting Minutes (pre-recorded meeting): $30 per audio hour ($30 minimum).  We will take
    key points, action items and meaningful text and place it in a professional meeting
    minutes format.
•  Meeting Minutes (attending via phone/online):  $35 per audio hour  ($35 minimum). 
    Formatting same as pre-recorded meeting.
•   Verbatim Meeting Minutes (see Audio Transcription pricing)

•   Weekend Audio Transcription (must be requested): $60 per audio hour ($60 minimum)

•   Emergency/Rush Jobs Outside of Business Hours: $75 per hour ($75 minimum)

I will be on-site at your business to review the flow of how things happen.  Why analyze your processes?  It will help you determine where your weak points might be, where you might be wasting time, where you're losing productivity.  It will help you to see how your business is actually working, not just how you believe it's working.

Process Analysis of your business provides you with in-depth review and documentation of your business flow.  Length of review and documentation process depends upon the size and components of your business.  Please contact me to discuss your needs.

Prior to the start of any work, an agreement will be written up between us that will describe in detail what you expect from us and what we plan to deliver for you.  The agreement will outline payment terms, deadlines, rights, ownership of materials, NDAs, etc.

Until the agreement is confirmed and signed by both of us, no work will begin.

When there is ongoing work between us that might extend or change an agreement, an amendment will be created, approved and signed so that work can continue.
